STRUCTURE FEATURES
Iron Core
Our transformer's heart, the iron core, is crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with exceptional magnetic conductivity and expertly grain-oriented. Designed as a core-type iron core with meticulously full inclined joints, it comprises a circular section of multi-level steps. The harmony of equal sections between the iron core column, yoke, and core ensures superior performance.
Winding
The winding innovation includes a corrugated oil duct, eliminating the need for paint dipping and employing a tightening belt for binding. Crafted as concentric coils, the high-voltage windings feature a tap tailored to voltage requirements, directly linked to the tap switch. This switch, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allows voltage adjustments post power disconnection.
Safety Protection Device
---All transformers, regardless of capacity, boast pressure relief valves to ensure safe operation.
---Optionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed, customized to user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device
---Each transformer is equipped with glass thermometer tube sockets, strategically placed atop the oil tank, extending 120 ± 10mm into the oil for precise temperature monitoring.

Transformer Oil Tank
---The transformer oil tank is an engineering masterpiece featuring corrugated walls. Its surface is expertly coated with a dust-resistant, firm paint film. The corrugated heat sink is dual-purpose: providing efficient cooling and a unique "breathing" function. Its elasticity adeptly compensates for oil volume variations from temperature changes.
This design innovation eliminates the need for an oil conservator, thus reducing the transformer's overall height and enhancing its compactness.
---Maintaining a vacuum-sealed environment ensures moisture removal, effectively preventing the ingress of oxygen and moisture. This safeguard boosts insulation performance, decelerates transformer oil aging, and enhances operational reliability.
